This policy explains what personal information DigiGlow collects, why, and what you can do about it. DigiGlow is responsible for the personal information described here. For any privacy question, contact support email.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, billing country and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- If you join the email list (for example through the free guide offer): your email address.
- If you message us (email or Instagram): whatever you choose to send, including your order email and details about your business.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
Why we use it
- To take payment and deliver what you bought.
- To send you your access link and answer support questions.
- To provide coaching, if you bought it.
- To send the free guide and occasional emails, if you signed up — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep records we're legally required to keep, and to resolve payment disputes.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the services we need to run the business:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Make.com and our email provider — sending your delivery email;
- Google — file hosting (Google Drive) and the web fonts used on this site;
- Instagram / Meta — only if you choose to message us there.
We never sell your personal information.
Browser storage
This site stores one small value in your browser so that the pop-up offer isn't shown to you again after you close it. It contains no personal information.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Coaching messages are kept for the length of your coaching and a reasonable period afterwards in case you have follow-up questions.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Email support email and we'll respond within 30 days.
